Ole Riis - founder and project coordinator, based in Denmark.
After adopting two siblings from Hoa Binh in North Vietnam in 1998 and 1999, Ole became motivated to give something back to his children's country. Ole is 53 years old, married to Else and works as a teacher in Denmark. Ole has worked as a volunteer in Vietnam for 10 years.

Frederikke Lindholm - country coordinator, based in Vietnam.
Frederikke moved to Vietnam in 2008 and as a newly graduated sociologist, she quickly became aware of the high risk of exploitation that poverty-stricken girls face daily. Having worked with education and human rights since she left Denmark in 2002, she specialised in women’s development at London School of Economics.
